Toolstation in Hailsham is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy branch and deliver exceptional customer service across a 40-hour week. You’ll manage deliveries, stock, and staff, creating a positive culture where your team thrives and customers receive outstanding service.

You will inspire and coach colleagues to meet sales targets, while maintaining high standards of product availability and branch presentation. A hands-on leader who can grow future leaders is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading retail teams to meet sales and service targets.
• Experience delivering excellent customer experiences and driving store performance.
• Ability to motivate and develop colleagues, with a focus on engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and drive sales through the team’s performance.
• Muck in with deliveries, stock, branch opening/closing, and housekeeping.
• Inspire a positive culture with feedback, praise and recognition.
• Ask questions and build relationships to develop future leaders and business growth.
• Lead from the front with coaching, motivation, and engaging the team.
