The role involves early starts and late finishes due to store hours, delivering sales through service, and maintaining stock levels and deliveries.

You will develop and coach staff, build a positive team culture, and drive performance while ensuring branches meet high standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing high performing and engaged retail teams.
• Strong customer service focus and sales-driven leadership.
• Comfortable with shifting start times and weekend work.
• Ability to manage stock, deliveries and store upkeep.

Responsibilities
