ProCook Ltd. in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store team and deliver the ProCook experience daily.

You will own the store, build a motivated team, and create a welcoming environment where colleagues and customers thrive. The role focuses on coaching, performance, and delivering outstanding service with weekend rota flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Store Manager (essential).
• Management experience within retail or hospitality (essential).
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.

You’ll also be confident managing the operational side of the business, ensuring the store runs efficiently while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Store Manager (essential)
• Management experience within retail or hospitality (essential)
• A proven track record of leading teams and driving performance
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence using sales and KPI data to make decisions
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A hands‑on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong operational and stock management experience
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing people

This full‑time role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends. The schedule consists of one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4‑week cycle.

As part of your onboarding, you'll complete mandatory training including two days at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester and four weeks at one of our training stores. The timing and order of this training may vary.
