Costa Coffee – Store Manager position at NEXT, Bicester Shopping Centre. This role offers the chance to lead and grow a team in a busy Costa store environment, delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving store targets.

You will own day-to-day operations, drive sales and profit, coach your team, and ensure Costa standards are consistently met, in a vibrant shopping-centre setting. A strong leader with a passion for people and results is ideal.
