Job summary

Costa Coffee store management opportunity with Goldex Investments Group Ltd in the UK. Lead a Costa store, drive sales, maintain brand standards, and mentor a diverse team to deliver Excellent Coffee with a Smile to every customer.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, staffing, training, and cost controls while partnering with an Area Manager to grow the business and uphold Costa’s standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Taking full responsibility for running your store successfully and leading by example to ensure every customer receives Excellent Coffee with a Smile and great service.
• Managing day-to-day tasks like tracking sales, monitoring health and safety, and ensuring store targets are met; handling cash procedures and keeping the store secure and financially compliant.
• Creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for your team, helping them grow by managing training and development, and planning rotas for adequate coverage.
• Taking the lead in hiring great team members with Area Manager support, and training to drive sales and maintain high standards.
