Job summary

Costa Coffee store leadership opportunity with Goldex Investments Ltd is seeking an experienced manager to lead front of house operations, inspire teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own the store, drive standards and continuous improvement in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will manage staffing, training, and store performance while modelling excellent customer service and maintaining Costa brand standards.

• Experience in leading a store team and inspiring them to strive for excellence.
• A commercial mind with the ability to think ahead and maximise sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for running your Costa store and deliver excellent coffee and service.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including stock, labour, training and cost controls.
• Lead and develop your team to reach their full potential and drive sales.
• Hire great people with support from your Area Manager and ensure training is completed.
