You will manage a team of store partners, monitor performance, and implement growth plans while upholding the Starbucks experience at the heart of the operation.

You will need strong leadership, organisational skills and a passion for coffee culture, with flexibility to cover shifts including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Experience of leading people and teams, in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong problem solving/decision making skills.
• Proven ability to develop and grow both a team and business.
• Ability to be well organised, detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
