Job summary

Boux Avenue is seeking a Store Manager in Devon/Torbay to lead a busy store with training, feedback and strong communication, delivering the brand’s exceptional customer service during every fitting and interaction.

You will maximise sales, supervise visual merchandising, plan rotas, manage payroll, and partner with head office. This is a hands-on role for an ambassador who can motivate the team and drive the brand as it grows.

• Lead and motivate colleagues with training, feedback and delegation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales through the bra-fitting experience.
• Build strong relationships with head office and other departments.
• Oversight of store visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Manage rotas, payroll and daily administrative tasks.
• Plan and execute promotional events and changes to maintain brand standards.
