Job summary

Holland & Barrett in New Milton seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team. This role is permanent and 30 hours per week, located at Station Road, New Milton.

You will drive sales, optimise profitability, supervise payroll and ensure outstanding customer service in a health-focused retail environment. You will coach and develop staff through our training programs, uphold health and safety standards, and implement visual merchandising while delivering a premium customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in retail.
• Experience managing store operations, budgets and payroll.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer experiences daily.
• Coach colleagues and support them through the Qualified to Advise training.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operations.
• Ensure stock availability, merchandising, compliance and health & safety standards.
• Champion the use of technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and peers to share best practices.
