Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a store leader in the UK to inspire a high-performing team, delivering outstanding customer experiences and running day-to-day operations across the store. You will ensure stock, visual merchandising and health and safety standards are maintained, while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

You will champion technology to boost efficiency, collaborate with regional peers and foster a culture of learning and wellbeing as you lead a team to success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage performance, budgets and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with a customer-first approach.
• A passion for health and wellness and curiosity to learn and develop expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer experiences daily.
• Coach colleagues to become trusted health and wellness experts through training.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operations.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and drive regional success.
