Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, inventory management, scheduling, and staff development, with a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. Strong leadership and POS proficiency are essential.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
