White Stuff is seeking a Shop Manager to lead one of our stores, driving commercial performance and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll manage a team, develop people, and ensure the store reflects our brand and standards.

You'll report to the Area Manager within our Retail team, focusing on KPIs, stock management, visual merchandising, and community engagement to grow the business while upholding White Stuff values.
