White Stuff is seeking a Deputy Manager to drive trade and lead shop teams, ensuring excellent customer experience and brand standards. You will deputise for the Shop Manager, manage KPI-led performance, and develop the team while engaging with local communities.

The role requires weekend availability and a passion for fashion retail, with a focus on achieving strong commercial results and delivering an inspiring team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop teams alongside Shop Manager and deputise where required.
• Drive trade using KPI insights to improve shop performance.
• Develop the team and ensure best customer experience in line with brand pillars.
• Manage floor layout, product knowledge, and visual standards to maximise sales.
• Oversee stock delivery, replenishment, and stocktake processes.
• Coordinate promotions, incentives, and key trading weeks.
• Lead team briefs and annual/interim reviews to set clear objectives.
