Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Shop Manager in Chester to lead a busy fashion retail team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach staff, manage product presentation, and drive commercial performance through KPIs while maintaining brand standards and community presence.

You will work closely with the Regional Manager and Retail team, overseeing training, staff planning, and shop operations to ensure a smooth, profitable store that reflects White Stuff’s values and style.

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team and delivering excellent in-store customer service.
Ability to drive commercial performance through KPIs and promotions.
Skilled in team development, coaching, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

Train, drive, and coach the team to deliver an exceptional instore experience across the customer journey.
Manage floor layout, stock, promotions and visual standards to maximise sales.
Lead the shop within budgets, promotions, and key trading weeks to drive results.
Develop, motivate and schedule the team; lead briefs and performance reviews.
