Job summary

White Stuff in Glasgow is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy fashion store, driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience across multichannel touchpoints. You will manage a team, coach staff, and ensure the shop achieves KPIs and maintains brand standards.

You will report to the Area Manager, work weekends, and oversee stock, VM, and performance metrics while living our values and community presence in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage KPI performance and budgets for a store.
