Job summary

White Stuff seeks a Shop Manager to lead one of our UK stores with responsibility for driving sales, customer experience, and team performance. The role requires weekend availability and a 37.5 hour contract, reporting to the Area Manager and working within our Retail team.

You will coach the team, manage budgets, visual standards, stock, and promotions while delivering an engaging, friendly shopping environment that reflects our brand values.

Qualifications

• Experience driving the commercial success of a shop.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Passion for Retail and Fashion and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities
