Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Brighton is seeking a Store Manager for full-time, 37.5 hours per week, to drive store performance and deliver a superb customer experience. You will recruit, retain and develop a team while upholding our visual standards and brand values.

You will lead by example, focusing on sales growth, KPI achievement and exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and premium shopping environment that reflects our southern coast heritage.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation is essential.
• Strong sales and KPI focus are required.
• Excellent visual merchandising and store presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to read the sales floor.
• Clear and effective communication with the team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Delivering LFL growth of sales and KPI performance in the store.
• Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Complying with reasonable instructions from senior members of the retail team.
• Developing, reviewing and appraising your team based on key performance indicators and managing underperformers.
• Ensuring brand integrity through correct behaviours and uniform standards.
• Controlling payroll and other store expenditures within budget.
• Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service.
