Job summary

Crew Clothing Brighton seeks a Store Manager to drive consistent improvement in store sales, KPIs and customer experience. You will recruit, motivate and develop the team while maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and creating a shopping experience that delights customers.

You will lead from the front, keep the brand promise, manage payroll within budget and ensure high standards of service on the south coast.

Qualifications

• Customer focused with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and premium brand awareness.
• Good IT skills and ability to address performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Delivering LFL growth of sales and KPI performance in store.
• Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Complying with reasonable instructions from senior retail team.
• Developing, reviewing and appraising your team based on KPIs.
• Ensuring brand integrity through behaviours and uniform standards.
• Controlling payroll and other store expenditures within budget.
• Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service.
