Toolstation in Farnborough is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy branch, deliver great service, manage deliveries, stock shelves, and coach a small team.

You will be hands-on with early starts and late finishes, driving sales through outstanding customer experience while upholding high branch standards. This role offers development within the Travis Perkins group and access to Toolstation Academy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver great service and ensure a great customer experience, driving sales through service.
• Muck in: open/close branch, unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.

• Ask questions and build relationships to support development and future business growth.
• Lead: coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work with high engagement.
