Job summary

Moto is opening a new Greggs store at Leeming Bar Services, aiming to transform the UK’s rest stop experience with a strong focus on service and culture. As Store Manager you’ll lead a high-performing team, balance budgets and drive P&L targets, while delivering excellent brand standards.

You’ll recruit, develop, and empower colleagues, ensuring operations run smoothly from open to close in a fast-paced retail environment with a clear path to progression.

• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality.
• Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and driving efficiencies.
• Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled at motivating teams through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Calm, decisive, and focused when the pace picks up.

As Store Manager, you’ll know it’s about putting people first.
