Job summary

Greggs Store Manager in Heywood (Birch Services, M62 between J18 and J19) is recruiting to lead a high-volume site with energy, drive and a people-first approach.

You’ll own budgets, P&L, and scheduling, coach the team, deliver standout customer service, and develop future site leaders, with a clear progression path.

This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary £35,000 to £38,000pa and bonus opportunities; flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality.
• Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs and driving efficiencies.
• Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels.
• Calm, decisive leader able to perform under pressure.
