Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor to lead shifts at our motorway service location in the UK. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, driving smooth operations and delivering the brand’s loved bakery and refreshments to travellers.

You’ll lead and motivate teams, maintain food safety and exceptional service standards, and contribute to a positive work culture. This role offers development opportunities, a competitive bonus, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams, ideally in retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.

Supervisor, £28,850 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.
The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite bakery, serving up Greggs much loved sausage rolls, baked goods and refreshments whilst whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
