Job Description:

We are delighted to be partnering with a mid-sized furniture retailer operating several showrooms in Central London. We are now seeking a "best in class" Store Manager for one of their flagship locations.

The client designs and develops all their handcrafted products in Europe, offering innovative, patent-developed features that are considered peer-leading.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the furniture sector, though managers from other product areas will also be considered. This is a destination store, where converting visitors into buyers is crucial. Experience in liaising and selling to Interior Designers is a plus.

You will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff training, leadership, and development. A customer-centric approach and the use of business metrics to enhance performance are essential.

This organization is growing rapidly and encourages employees to use their autonomy to develop their skills.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
