Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a store management role in a retail/FMCG environment.
• Extensive people management experience with a large, diverse team.
• Financial management experience (budgets, P&L, ratios).

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximise sales; track daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Manage all store operations, expenses, stock, shrinkage, and admin.
• Oversee in-store visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Schedule staff in line with labour policies and model.
• Ensure admin tasks and attendance records are complete and submitted.
• Deliver superior customer service and loyalty initiatives.
• Build relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and DCs.
• Monitor customer trends and adjust to local opportunities.
• Coordinate cohesion between store, pharmacy, and clinic teams.
• Foster a high performance culture aligned to brand values.
