Job summary

NEW LOOK in Eastleigh is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team for a 32-hour week, driving sales and delivering a outstanding fashion experience. You will foster a customer-obsessed atmosphere, motivate staff and partner with the Territory Leader to maximise performance.

You will be accountable for store results, inventory, and KPI achievement, ensuring excellent service and a fun, collaborative working environment.

In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results...whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI's, customer service, team development and overall sales - so that we are playing to win!
