Vision Express is recruiting a Store Manager Designate to support multiple stores across the UK, developing leadership teams and gaining exposure to different locations. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You should have prior store leadership experience, strong coaching and commercial acumen, and a passion for customer service and people development.
