Job summary

Vision Express is seeking a Store Manager Designate to support multiple stores across the country. You will lead and coach retail teams, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding high standards of operations and compliance.

This role offers progression toward a Store Manager position within the Vision Express network. You will gain exposure to different stores and teams, contributing to a growing med-tech and eyewear business under the EssilorLuxottica group, with

• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results.
• Flexibility to cover different stores and teams.

Store Manager Designate - Vision Express

Are you an aspiring Store Manager looking for your next career move? As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you'll support multiple stores, gain exposure to different teams and locations, and develop the experience needed to become a successful Store Manager.

As part of the global EssilorLuxottica group, you'll help deliver outstanding customer experiences while working with leading brands including Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley, Prada and Nuance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and develop retail teams across multiple stores
