Job summary

Vision Express Mansfield is seeking a Store Manager to lead a growing store and inspire a dedicated team. You’ll drive sales, champion exceptional customer experiences, and shape the store’s future after a recent refit that has spurred strong year-on-year growth.

In this role you’ll manage a team focused on delivering outstanding service while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence across leading brands such as Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley, Prada and Nuance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader.
• A positive, resilient leader who can inspire and motivate others.
• Strong organisational skills with an efficient, hands-on approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and operational standards.
