Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty is recruiting a Store Manager Designate in Northampton. You will oversee store standards, drive customer service and sales, and support neighbouring stores as needed. This role requires flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

With 2+ years in retail management, you’ll lead teams and ensure excellent store operations. A generous bonus scheme accompanies a 39-hour week in a busy high-street environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to drive.
• Ability to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standards and audit processes are followed, with strong customer service and sales focus.
• Support neighbouring stores depending on business need.
• Lead and develop store teams to meet targets and standards.
