Job summary

Savers is recruiting a Store Manager Designate who will lead a store and travel to a variety of locations as needed. The role offers a generous bonus scheme and a salary of £34,350 to £35,350 per year, with a full-time pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will maintain standards, audit processes, and drive exceptional customer service and sales performance on the high street, with opportunities to support neighbouring stores when required.

• 2+ years of retail management experience.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350 / £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
