Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a Convenience Store, delivering excellent customer service and managing trading activity with strong commercial mindset. You will lead a team of Customer and Trading Managers, plan ahead, and ensure safety and legal compliance across operations.

You will use data to inform planning, drive performance, and model the brand values, while handling employee relations and supporting development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and customer service on a daily basis.
• Plan and prepare for upcoming trading activity up to 6 months ahead.
• Ensure safety and legal compliance across all store activities.
• Lead a team of managers and colleagues to meet KPI targets.
• Drive engagement and continuously improve the customer journey.
