• Manage cash-up and bank drops following safety procedures.
• Be a true team player, train new team members and communicate clearly during shifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure daily and shift-based checks.
• Keep service running smoothly and drive sales by managing stock and store KPIs.
• Create team schedules forecasting footfall and busy periods.
• Lead by example and uphold attendance, timekeeping, food safety, and conduct standards.
