Coffee#1 Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic store manager to lead a busy café, deliver excellent customer service, and foster a supportive team environment. You will oversee daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring great coffee and cake experiences for customers.

The role involves early opening hours (5am) to 7pm and may include lone-working scenarios. No prior coffee experience is required as full training will be provided at in-store and at Coffee Academies.

• No experience in coffee is needed; full training provided in store and at Coffee Academies.
