Job summary

Finisterre UK Limited in Bath is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store team. You will deputise for the Store Manager, help run the day-to-day operations and drive customer experience and sales performance.

You will coach and develop the team, aim to deliver best-in-class service, manage stock and merchandising, and build community relationships with local surfers and ocean enthusiasts. The role is full-time and based in the Bath store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team within a premium apparel brand.
• Competent with Excel, Word and Office Outlook.
• Must have permission to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and experiential customer service.
• Assist in coaching and developing the team to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure store events are executed.
• Support stock handling, merchandising and store operations.
