Job summary

Finisterre is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for our Newcastle store. You will deputise for the Store Manager, support day-to-day store operations, coach the team and drive customer service excellence to meet targets and KPIs.

You will build community relationships, manage stock and merchandising with the team, and help deliver engaging in-store events and campaigns. The role offers a rewarding path in a purpose-led, premium apparel brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team within a premium Apparel brand
• Strong leadership and coaching capability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Office Outlook

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and influence engaging customer service and education of customers
• Assist in day to day running of the store and coaching of team
• Deliver best in class customer service and retail operations
• Manage store events and community partnerships
• Work with Store Manager to hit targets and KPI's
