Job summary

Dreams is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing bed and home team in Aberdeen. You will inspire brilliant service, drive store performance and help every customer find the bed of their dreams.

With a focus on coaching, goal setting and celebrating success, you will create an inclusive store where both customers and colleagues feel welcome. You’ll own day-to-day standards and rota planning to ensure exceptional results.
