Job summary

Dreams Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an experienced retail leader to head a team delivering exceptional service and sales. You will motivate staff, coach colleagues to meet KPIs, and create an inclusive, customer-first store environment. You’ll be accountable for daily standards, rotas, and overall store performance.

The role focuses on driving results, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a busy bedding store network.
