Dreams in Feltham is seeking an experienced retail leader to head a Bed Experts team and drive service, sales, and store performance. You’ll inspire colleagues and ensure customers find the bed of their dreams.

You’ll coach, set goals and organise rotas while maintaining high standards in a busy store. Competitive earnings, staff discount and wellbeing resources are included.

• Experience leading a retail or commercial sales team.
