Dreams is seeking an experienced retail store leader to head Aberdeen’s team, driving service quality and sales performance. You’ll inspire colleagues, coach performance, and ensure a welcoming, customer-first store environment.

With a strong track record in retail leadership, you will manage rotas, store standards, and day-to-day operations, helping the team reach ambitious targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
