Dreams is seeking an experienced retail leader in Llantrisant to head the store team, driving exceptional customer service and sales performance. You will coach colleagues, set goals, and celebrate success in a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

You’ll be accountable for store performance, rota planning and standards, ensuring a positive customer experience and ongoing team development. This role offers competitive earnings and progression opportunities.
