MAX SPIELMANN in Scunthorpe is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality photographic services.

You will supervise photo printing, canvas framing, personalised gifts, portrait services, and basic image editing, while ensuring excellent customer experiences and staff development.

Role: Branch Manager

Location: Scunthorpe

Permanent |Full Time

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay: Starting at £26,894 per annum increasing to £26,894 per annum following a successful trial period.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll help customers preserve their most treasured memories through a range of photographic and personalised services, including:

• Photo Printing
• Canvas & Frame Production
• Personalised Photo Gifts
• Portrait Services
• Basic Photoshop & Image Editing

You’ll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.

Depending on the role, you’ll operate branches across Scunthorpeand the surrounding areas, giving you variety and the opportunity to meet new people every day.
