Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson Group, is recruiting a Store Manager for Whitehaven, UK. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours over 5 days, with weekend work and occasional overtime after training.

Salary starts at £26,520 per annum and rises to £26,894 after a successful trial period. You'll lead a high-street team delivering photography services, including photo printing, canvas and frame production, personalised gifts, and portrait services, while developing staff and driving customer

Hours:40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay:Starting at £26,520 per annum increasing to £26,894 per annum following a successful trial period.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you’ll help customers preserve their most treasured memories through a range of photographic and personalised services, including:

Photo Printing
Canvas & Frame Production
Personalised Photo Gifts
Portrait Services
Basic Photoshop & Image Editing

You’ll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.

Depending on the role, you’ll operate branches across Whitehaven and the surrounding areas, giving you variety and the opportunity to meet new people every day.
