Job summary

Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson Group, is recruiting a Branch Manager in Grantham. You will lead daily operations, deliver superb customer service, and oversee a team across photo printing, canvas and personalised gifts.

We provide full training from day one plus ongoing development and clear progression. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours a week including weekends, with some overtime after training; starting salary £26,894 per annum, rising after a successful trial period.

Qualifications

• No CVs required; personality and attitude are valued over experience.
• Positive attitude and friendly approach are essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with printing, canvas, and gift services.
• Support portrait and editing tasks, including basic Photoshop operations.

Role: Branch Manager

Location: Grantham

Permanent |Full Time

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay: Starting at £26,894 per annum increasing to £26,894 per annum following a successful trial period.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll help customers preserve their most treasured memories through a range of photographic and personalised services, including:

• Photo Printing
• Canvas & Frame Production
• Personalised Photo Gifts
• Portrait Services
• Basic Photoshop & Image Editing

You'll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.

Depending on the role, you'll operate branches across Grantham and the surrounding areas, giving you variety and the opportunity to meet new people every day.
