MAX SPIELMANN in Lincoln is recruiting a Branch Colleague to help customers create lasting memories through our photo printing, canvas & frame production, and personalised gifts. You’ll use your initiative and excellent customer service to deliver memorable experiences across our range of services.

Hours are 40 per week over five days, including weekends, with some overtime after training. We offer full training, a supportive culture, and opportunities for progression within the Timpson Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Ability to learn photography-related tasks.

Responsabilités

Location: Lincoln

Permanent |Full Time

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum increasing to £26,624 per annum following a successful trial period.

As part of our team, you'll help customers preserve their most treasured memories through a range of photographic and personalised services, including:

Photo Printing
Canvas & Frame Production
Personalised Photo Gifts
Portrait Services
Basic Photoshop & Image Editing

You’ll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.

Depending on the role, you’ll operate branches across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, giving you variety and the opportunity to meet new people every day.
