MAX SPIELMANN, part of the Timpson Group, is hiring a Temporary Manager Maternity Cover in Hucknall. You will lead store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and support photographic and personalised services.

The role is 40 hours over 5 days including weekends, with training from day one and opportunities for development within a thriving high street retailer.

No prior experience is required; we value attitude, learning, and a proactive approach to success.

• Help customers preserve memories through photo printing, canvas & frame production, and personalised gifts.

• Operate branches across Hucknall and surrounding areas as needed.
• Use initiative and creativity to ensure memorable customer experiences.
• Support training and ongoing development for the team.

Role: Temporary Manager Maternity Cover

Location: Hucknall

Permanent |Full Time- Temporary

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay: Starting at £26,894 per annum increasing to £26,894 per annum following a successful trial period.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll help customers preserve their most treasured memories through a range of photographic and personalised services, including:

• Photo Printing
• Canvas & Frame Production
• Personalised Photo Gifts
• Portrait Services
• Basic Photoshop & Image Editing

You’ll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.

Depending on the role, you’ll operate branches across Hucknall and the surrounding areas, giving you variety and the opportunity to meet new people every day.
