Job summary

MAX SPIELMANN in Leek is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales within a thriving high-street setting.

You’ll manage a small team, handle rosters, training, and guest satisfaction, with full support from the Timpson Group. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours over 5 days including weekends) with a starting salary of £26,520 per year, rising to £26,894 after a successful trial period.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Location: Leek

Permanent Full Time

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum increasing to £26,894 per annum following a successful trial period.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll help customers preserve their most treasured memories through a range of photographic and personalised services, including:

• Photo Printing
• Canvas & Frame Production
• Personalised Photo Gifts
• Portrait Services
• Basic Photoshop & Image Editing

You’ll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.
