Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Manager in Neath, Wales to lead a team, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service. The role is a 1 year fixed-term contract at 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £31,900 depending on experience.

You will coach colleagues, manage in-store operations, and uphold health and safety standards while fostering a positive, customer-first environment. A strong retail leadership background is essential.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
