Holland & Barrett in Banbridge (The Outlet, Bridgewater Park) is hiring a Store Manager to lead a team in a permanent role working 38.75 hours per week. Salary is up to £29,700 per annum, depending on experience.

You will drive exceptional customer experiences, manage operations, and coach colleagues to become health and wellness experts through our training. A strong focus on growth and community impact guides the role.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your expertise.
