Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Manager in Banbridge to lead a high-performing team at The Outlet, Bridgewater Park. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

You will develop colleagues through coaching and training, oversee budgets and health and safety, and work with the regional team to share best practices across the network.

Permanent | 38.75 hours per week

Salary: Up to £29,700 per annum (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
