Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Dewsbury is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial success.

You'll develop people through coaching, manage budgets and stock, ensure health and safety standards, and champion use of technology to enhance operations. This permanent role is 31 hours per week with a competitive salary up to £25,520 depending on experience.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your expertise.
